No taxpayer subsidy is required, thus the $10 billion will rapidly grow and finance more homes.
Affordable Price Housing has house designs that can be bought by people on low incomes and benefits without taxpayer subsidy.
The houses can be totally financed on normal bank terms using only 30% of the persons income. The size and cost of the home and land are tailored to the persons available income.
People on low income will often have difficulty raising the required deposit, therefore our costings are based on 100% financing. |
